I am deeply honoured to have been elected as President of ACRA, and I am excited to embrace the significant responsibility of leading the council in promoting our association and reinforcing our leadership within the industry.

The past few years have been challenging for Hong Kong due to the pandemic. As we transition back to normalcy, it is crucial for us to be proactive in advancing our initiatives. We aim to strengthen our task forces to foster young talent, advocate for our professionalism to government and industry stakeholders, and explore new opportunities for our members in the Greater Bay Area. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing productivity through MiMEP and advanced technologies, and offering comprehensive training programs for our frontline workforce on vital topics such as next-generation refrigeration development, practices for handling flammability, toxicity or high operation pressure refrigerants, and advanced training in thermal insulation installation.

Achieving synergy requires collaborative effort. The support of our members is very important to our success in promoting, developing, and sustaining the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry. Our mission to foster technical excellence, raise public awareness of our association, and attract more young professionals to our industry depends significantly on your continued recognition and contribution in the coming years.
