Bun Kee (International) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, was established in 1949 and commenced its business as a retail shop of pipe and fittings. Over 70 years since its establishment, it has developed into the largest pipe and fittings solution provider in Hong Kong and Macau. The Group with its headquarters in Hong Kong, was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2000 (00380.HK). The Group was formerly known as Softpower International Limited and subsequently restored its name back to China Pipe Group Limited in 2021 as it continues to develop new businesses and enhance its integrated capabilities to create value for all stakeholders.

There are three classes of memberships: Fellow Members, Ordinary Members and Associate Members.
Ordinary Members
Corporate bodies of Hong Kong being authorized distributors of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment or contractors whose names appear on the list of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Plants including ductwork, Groups I and II maintained by the Government Secretariat Works Bureau of Hong Kong SAR; and
Subject to the approval of the Council, members who have become Associate for five consecutive years and have served the Council for two consecutive years
Members who have been ordinary members of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association of Hong Kong as of 4th May 2001;
Voting right
Fellow Members
Founder members of the Association; or
Members who have been fellow members of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Association of Hong Kong as of 4th May 2001;or • Subject to the approval of the Council, members who have become Ordinary Members for ten consecutive years and served the Council for six consecutive years prior to application.
